I love the idea that Dr. Wily would actually label his creations like that. And I think it's funny if a label had been there all this time and no one noticed. You might also notice in this comic that Quick Man is on the monitor behind them, indicating that Dr. Light is now uploading information about Quick Man into Mega Man's head. So while this Mega Man didn't actually fight Quick Man, in order for our Mega Man to think that he did, false memories have to be loaded into this Mega Man's head. In other words, Dr. Light's making the whole time loop work out.
