This conversation is quickly leading to a discussion of the Cataclysm, the event that ended the original Megaman series and laid the groundwork for the Megaman X series. I don't recall if the first Cataclysm movie had come out yet, or if this was a way of introducing the concept to the readers. As for the background, given the coloration of the boot just next to Zero's head, I'm guessing they're uploading Metal Man next.
