This explains why Chadling works for Mynd when it doesn't seem like he particular likes him: He doesn't have a choice. Mynd is able to take control of Chadling, which would also explain why Mynd would bother to keep a minion around who doesn't always follows his orders. All in all, it's not a bad idea. You might also notice Chadling's (control) jewel in his forehead turned red, my visual cue that he's been taken over by Mynd. I like puns.
