After Mega Man had been shot in the head twice by Proto Man and once by Bass, it would be natural to assume that if Dr. Light points a giant gun at Mega Man's head, we know what's going to happen next. I mean, it's natural to assume that if everyone else is shooting Mega Man, why wouldn't Dr. Light want to do it too?
