I know "rpms" aren't necessarily the correct term here, but it felt right. I mean, I suppose the tweezers could come out the end of the barrel 1200 times per minute, but why would anyone need to tweeze that fast? You know, normally the text-boxes are always on top of the characters, but for some reason in this comic, Dr. Light is in front of some of the text boxes. I think I did it this way because otherwise it would have cut off a significant part of Dr. Light's face.
