Mega Man's dialogue here is supposed to mimic that of Daffy Duck after he's been shot in the head one too many times, hence the title. I took it a bit further with Mega Man trying to shoot himself. Unfortunately, it's just not physically possible to make a sprite of that without some weird things happening to the length of Mega Man's arms, because of the way he's drawn, which lead to a joke on its own. While this joke was pretty funny, I tried to use it again, and it wasn't quite as funny that time, which is why it didn't become yet another running gag.
