If the red bug was fire, then naturally the blue bug must be ice. And I got to use the fire filter again, but this time with a different color scheme to suggest that it's some sort of ice beam. And again, a frozen Mega Man is an easy sprite to find. I'm not sure how Rick popped out of the frame in the last comic, but I thought it would be funny if he got stuck in the panel wall and couldn't get out.
