That giant "gun" is a sprite from the first Megaman Battle Network game. Normally I don't like to mix sprites like that, especially since the Gameboy Advance games are technically 32-bit, but I made an exception in this case, since it doesn't necessarily look like it's more than 16-bit. I don't recall what sprite I used for the tweezers, but I think it was a blade of some sort.
