For some reason, I decided to present this part of the storyline as though it was a news report, but apparently they have robots doing the news in the Rockman Universe. "Trisha Takabot" is an allusion to Family Guy's Trisha Takanawa. It seemed like a good reporter name. The sprite of that newsbot came from Battle and Chase, though I'm not sure where that background came from.
