Bob's been involved in enough weird stuff in the comic to understand what's going on here, even if Rock Man doesn't. And if it's not clear, this storyline is direct continuation from here. This comic would be really confusing for someone who hadn't read the rest of the comic first, something of a problem for first-time readers.
