This is, of course, a reference to the video game Bad Dudes, though I had to change it to the "World President", since presumably in Mega Man's world, there's only the one president. Otherwise, why would they be contacting a Japanese boy robot? I suppose at this time, Proto Man and Mega Man were both at Dr. Light's lab, fighting with the Helmeted Author, though I think my intent was that they were both digging, which doesn't make sense, since Proto Man wasn't involved in that. Apparently I forgot about Veemon.
