I love the idea that Mike is bragging about how he saved the world and all he did was break into a warehouse and yell at some ninjas. The readers enjoyed the cookie joke from the previous quip, indicating to me that they like being insulted by the Helmeted Author, so I put this one together, which is a joke from Family Guy.
