George's weird feeling was supposed to be linked to the temporal burp, mentioned in the previous day's commentary, which is all related to Bob/Helmut's attempt to destroy the comic, so it kind of makes sense that when Bob says he's got an "awesome" idea, it sets off George's feeling again.
