The giant sword was actually part of Pacifist Man's original design, as in, that was the joke. He's Pacifist Man but he's got this giant sword he never uses. Like many of the fan-created Robot Masters, I tweaked the character for my purposes, with the giant sword coming out once he was under Bob's control.
