Dragoons in the Final Fantasy series are known for their jump attacks. While not in the original character's design, I thought it rather fitting, especially with the pointed stick partisan. By the way, I think there was quite a bit of discussion on the message board about whether or not that actually was a partisan and not some other similar weapon. I'm pretty sure it was decided that it was indeed a partisan.
