Since you can't see Bob's eyes, it's difficult to tell how angry he is. I thought the melting effect would work just as well, though I admit it's not entirely clear what's supposed to be happening here. Is the room itself actually melting from the heat Bob's creating, or is it more of a heat effect in the air that so that everything just looks blurry? I think my intention was the former, but I think either interpretation still makes it clear that Bob is very, very angry.
