In truth, waste disposal could be a worthwhile use of a black hole, though you do have the added problem that there's absolutely no way to recycle after that. And there's the intense amount of radiation that would spew from the black hole, but I assume they build tough toilets in the alternate universe. The bigger question is why robots have toilets at all. I guess the point is that if you're advanced enough to use them for toilets, you're pretty advanced.
