In Alternate Mega Man's defense, there are a lot of Robot Masters out there, and you don't want to run out of blasters in the middle of it. That being said, he's really bad at these inspirational lines or whatever they're supposed to be. As for the other set of alternates, I'd imagine Alternate Bass probably had that quantum randomizer installed after meeting his future selves.
