I have felt like Alternate Mega Man in the top comic many times. When you (or your favorite sports team) is ahead at first and then start to lose, it really doesn't seem fair. But it certainly makes things more exciting, right? Also, I hope I don't have to explain it, but the entire bottom comic is a reference to The Princess Bride.
