What's the point of attacking someone with needles if you're not going to inject them with something? And thus begins the first of the comic's many coma-induced hallucinations. Now, I've never done any illegal drugs and I've never been drunk enough to hallucinate, but I've heard stories. Well, okay, I've never heard any stories about spiders crawling all over you, but I did hear a story about a talking spider once after someone I knew intentionally took too many <redacted to keep kids from trying it>.
