In my opinion, Needle Man looks a little like he was designed while under the influence of something. Oh, and I should probably apologize for my use of drug "lingo". I don't really know any drug-users, so I'm afraid my knowledge on acceptable slang is limited to what I picked up in high school and television, which is probably not entirely accurate. Also, this scene was intentionally alluded to with Stone Man.
