I think the real reason Proto Man's pissed is because of how easily and quickly he was dispatched. I think his pride was hurt more than anything else. I mean, you never hear about Batman getting sucker-punched and beaten up by Robin, do you? Wait, does Jason Todd count? And here we have one of my favorite pieces. I'm not sure if Mega Man qualifies as an android, and that's a pretty sad looking electric sheep (Rush + Cloud = Sheep?), but I think you get the idea. That being said, I've never actually read that book, and while I've seen Blade Runner, I've never really been that fond of it. In fact, I don't really care for any of Philip K. Dick's stuff.
