I have no idea where this concept came from. If you're wondering why it's the head of Stalin instead of the head of Lenin, it's because Stalin had Lenin's head replaced with his own during one of his purges. And because I thought Stalin would be funnier. I mean, that moustache is awesome. I saw that sprite of Bass, probably from Power Battles or Power Fighters, and I just had to cover him in blood. Though I recall telling people that it was really just strawberry jam and Bass goes crazy for strawberry jam.
