Just because Dr. Light smells like he's inbibed a case of gin doesn't he mean he has. It also doesn't mean he hasn't. I find it interesting that Helmut feels that Nate is the second most dangerous opponent in his decision to kill everyone. But, really, he shouldn't have let Dr. Light live. That was a mistake.
