This comic feels like stalling, probably because I didn't have time for a real comic or something. I was playing around with Flash and thought I'd make a little aquarium for some of the water-based Robot Masters. I had 16-bit Bubble Man swimming back and forth, 16-bit Dive Man just standing there, and a little crab from one of the Megaman X games scittering back and forth. I intended to include more, but never got around to it.
