The Return to the Beginning | This is Very Bad for Our Hero |

For quite a while, this was one of the most often quoted punchlines from the comic. It might have been because it does a fairly good job at conveying Dr. Wily's personality in as few words as possible. Or maybe it's just one of those phrases that would readers would just love to slip into everyday conversation, just to see what kind of looks it will receive. Either way, it's a good punchline. I'm not really sure why, but I really like the word "maniacally". It's clearly a word that needs to be used more, in my opinion. Hey, would the events in this comic could be considered ironic? I mean, Dr. Light is unknowingly putting the one force that could possibly stop Dr. Wily right into the evil scientist's hands, giving over his creation to the one person that could do the most damage. That's dramatic irony, isn't it? |
