As I said, I was not happy after the failure of the hand-drawn comic. I had no idea what to do. I was floundering. Adding to my troubles, I was still at my summer internship in Pennsylvania, isolated from my friends and family, and pretty freaking alone.
And yet, for some reason, I continued updating. I guess I had convinced myself that maybe I could still find some way to do the hand-drawn comic. If I kept experimenting with different styles, different formats, I told myself, I would eventually come up with something workable. So, I started the sprite comic back up, continued with the First Megaman Game storyline, and got to work experimenting with different techniques for making the hand-drawn comic.
On a comic-related note, it would be freaking awesome if I could really make my eyes glow red like that when I'm in a bad mood. People certainly wouldn't mess with me, that's for sure.
