Flash Man's line from the third panel is from Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. In the film, as the Genesis Planet is falling apart, Kirk and Captain Kruge are fighting, and Kruge ends up hanging off the side of a cliff. Kirk says this line while kicking Kruge in the face, knocking him off the cliff. Yay for cold-blooded murder! I actually wanted Mega Man's last line to be "six of one, half a dozen of the other", which is something I like to say, though I often screw it up and say "half of one, six dozen of the other", which totally isn't right. Anyway, it didn't fit in the panel, so I couldn't.
