Rather than cutting straight to the party, I thought I'd stick around a bit longer so I could use the anniversary party as an excuse to animate Bob's exit, since I really wanted to show what the portals and the Author's teleportation effect might look like animated. Additionally, since most of this anniversary's batch of comics wouldn't be animated like the previous year's, I thought I'd start off with the one one comic that was. Interestingly enough, when the Helmeted Author uses his powers here, we see a white lens flare, rather than the black flare he uses later. Zero's line at the very end is referencing how many of the other comics hosted on the site would send in special comics for the anniversary as well.
