After I'd put together the previous comic, I realized that even though I'd known Bob was an awesome computer programmer for a while, the audience had no idea since it had never been brought up in the comic before. With that in mind, and what I thought was a clever idea in my head, I broke from the main story to tell a little backstory for Bob, told in the format of A&E's Biography series. I did something similar with the history of the comic later.
