It looks like Mega Man finally figured out how to set off his firecracker. I have no idea who's supposed to be talking here. I assume the first voice is Mega Man, since he's most likely to accidentally set off a nuclear weapon, and I can only assume Bass is the one who thinks it's cool. The title comes from the fact that this Independence Day (ID4) of 2004 (04). Spider-Man 2 was about to be released, and I was excited, so I stole my George sprite from a previous Halloween comic and put it into the quip. Some people thought it was a crappy sprite and that I should've done better.
