The Acadians are a group of French-Canadians that live in the Canadian Atlantic Provinces on the east coast. The cultural fashion sense of a few I saw surprised me, and a nasty encounter I had at a restaurant made me a bit bitter about them when I made this comic. The truth is that, like any group, most of them are extremely nice people, and some of them are just assholes. Also, Liss has a blue scarf and toque to match her green set, but I still wore the same clothes a week later.
