Tales From a Parallel Time | Confused Yet? |
|

This whole conversation is a bit of temporal circular logic I find myself fascinated with. The idea is Prometheus would tell Bob something, then Bob would later tell Proto Man about it, so Proto Man would know to say it when he meets Bob again in the future. It's mind-boggling. What happens if Prometheus doesn't tell Bob what happened just as Bob told him? What if Bob lied about what Prometheus said? Then Prometheus would actually say it and Bob wouldn't be lying anymore... or would he? It can all be very confusing. So, in the end, I have a simple fix for it: Bob never got around to telling Proto Man anything about this convservation and Prometheus is making this all up because he likes messing with Bob. End of story. |
