The Second Megaman Game | 8-Bit Bass |

As mentioned in the previous day's commentary, I was originally using a badly-modified Zero sprite for Bass in this part of the storyline, and as such, he only had one pose and was unable to move. Which means this comic doesn't really make sense anymore, since there were definitely more sprites of Bass, but I think the sacrifice in logic is well worth it if it means that readers don't have to see the awful sprite I made. That being said, if I still had a copy of that sprite, I would totally show it off in the commentary, so you could see just how terrible it really was. Alas, it was not something I thought to keep around. You know, that sprite looks too big, especially compared to X. I think I may have screwed up its resizing. Doesn't this conversation about the Author seem to contradict the idea that the Author may not be making the comic anymore? |
