Just Another Day | At Least He Stopped Running |

I think this comic clearly demonstrates why the Author should not be a regular character in the comic, and why I try to avoid having the Author interact directly with the rest of the characters at all. I mean, he's the Author. He can do anything. What's the point of having anything happen in the comic if he's around? Where's the challenge if he can just wave his hand and the problem goes away? When you introduce a character that can do anything, whether it's a god or a Mary Sue, whether it's in a comic or a book, it takes all the fun and thrill and danger out of the story. That being said, let's get back to the comic, with several more comics with the Author in them! Oh, and if you didn't notice, this comic parallels the earlier comic where Bass is chasing Mega Man and runs into a tree. |
