Okay, here's what happened with this comic: I was putting the comic together and thought I would put a group shot into the third, double-sized panel. I went back through to the comics where Mega Man and Proto Man were rushing past people, and put them in behind Proto Man. Only after I'd put in Rush and Roll and Dr. Light and the Author did I realize that the Author was in there twice... and something just clicked. In one of those truly inspirational moments, I had the rather brilliant idea of keeping the second Author sprite in there, just to see if anyone would notice. And, to my amazement, no one did. Granted, there were a lot less readers at the time, and there wasn't a chat room or a message board for the readers the discuss such things, but I really would've thought someone would've noticed.
