As you might recall, Proto Man showed up a few comics back with Mega Man, and while you might initially assume this is the same Proto Man that jumped in on the right side of the first panel, you'd be wrong, as that Proto Man is the "real" Proto Man. The Proto Man behind Mega Man is the Proto Man imposter with the different, more aggressive personality. Got all that? And, of course, the whole point of this comic was to mirror the previous comic in which the Author imposter was revealed, even if there isn't that much of a surprise this time.
